TLC is a free K-12 Public Charter School open to all students regardless of residence. 

As of 2026-2027 school year,  Transitional Kindergarten is the entry grade for the Tracy Learning Center and applications are accepted in the month of February each year. 

All openings for TK are filled using a lottery system and a waiting list is formed at that time.

The Tracy Learning Center does not accept TK applications early. 

All other grades, Kindergarten through 12th grade, may apply at any time and will be placed on a waiting list.
